Deadline rules

Deadline rules are not built into the app. They live in two editable files so the real HAR (Hawaii Association of REALTORS®) Purchase Contract timelines can be typed in once and reused on every transaction. No Hawaii or HAR timelines have been invented here — the file ships with a single disabled placeholder.

Applying rules

The Apply rules button on a transaction creates a milestone for every enabled rule that matches the side and has its anchor date filled in. Rules that already created a milestone are skipped, and dates you adjusted by hand are never overwritten. Until real rules are enabled, add milestones by hand.

Dates and time zone

All dates are plain calendar dates in Hawaii time (Pacific/Honolulu, HST, UTC−10, no daylight saving). "Due Soon" means within 3 days of today in Hawaii, regardless of the viewer's device.
